This event has been created to help participnats of the Enterprise and Social Enterprise Challenge get to know one another and build teams for the following sessions in the sequence. Enterprise Challenge Workshops

About Skills Hive
Skills Hive put together pop-up project teams, enabling collaboration through our agile working model so that
businesses can accelerate their growth.
We work closely with Universities to help students understand the changing face of employment and access the
future of work now by adopting a Micro Business Mindset.
Each attendee will need to bring their laptop as we will be using online tools to complete a number of exercises
within the workshop.
Establish the importance of collaboration and an understanding of how it works
Explore what makes us different and the importance of team dynamics
Experience collaboration in action by completing a team exercise
Format and Structure
Our focus is always on experiential learning and personal reflection, this session will leverage academic theory such as Belbin and Myers Briggs, bringing it to life and applying it to real situations.
1 – The importance of collaborative teams in business (15mins)
2 – The cycle of collaboration (15mins)
3 – What do you bring to the equation? (30mins)
4 – Forming of balanced teams (30mins)
5 – Tackling a task (60mins)
6 – Communicating results (30mins)
7 – Reflection on what we’ve learned (30mins)
